Use the spa classes

Class AFull-scope spa electrical and equipment diagnosis.
Class B1Restricted electrical with limited fault-finding only where licence conditions allow.
Class B2Disconnect/reconnect only. Not broad diagnosis.
Class CMechanical, leaks, jets, pipework and non-electrical flow issues.
Class DWater, filters, cleaning and routine care.
Class UUnverified or vague licence claims.

When to check electrical authority

Check electrical authority before authorising work on RCD trips, safety switch trips, no-power faults, blank displays, heater electrical testing, pump motor testing, controller faults, fixed-wired equipment or any 240V diagnosis.
